Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1 ¼ Cup Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 ¼ Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup SWEEETHEAT Kansas City Classic
  • 1 Tablespoon SWEEETHEAT Southern BBQ Blend
  • 1 (4 ounce) Jar Diced Pimentos Drained
  • 1 Loaf Boule Bread

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Add cream cheese, extra sharp cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese, SWEEETHEAT Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce, SWEEETHEAT Southern BBQ Blend, and diced pimentos to the bowl of a standing mixer. Mix on medium speed until well combined.

Step 3

Using a serrated knife make a straight cut across the top of the boule loaf (approximately 1 inch from the top). Use a spoon or knife to hollow out the loaf to form a bread bowl, leaving about 1 inch of thickness around the sides. Optional: You may reserve the pieces of bread from hollowing for dipping.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the bread bowl in the center of the sheet. Fill bread bowl with pimento cheese dip

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and hot (all the way through). Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, veggies or bread left over from the hollowed loaf.

Step 6

Optional: Garnish with additional shredded extra sharp cheddar and/or monterey jack cheese and slices of pimento pepper.
