About this Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 4 Teaspoon of Southern Spice Blend
- 1/2 Cup SWEEETHEAT Spicy Homey Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
Step 2
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 3
Wash and cut cauliflower head into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
In a large bowl, whisk the flour, milk, and Southern Spice Blend.
Step 5
Dip the cauliflower in the batter. Shake off excess batter before placing cauliflower into a single layer onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
While the cauliflower is baking, in a small saucepan over low heat, simmer Spicy Homey Honey and butter.
Step 7
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and dip into the bbq sauce and place back onto the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Serve with favorite dipping sauce
