Ingredients
- 1 Pound Chicken Tenders, cut into cubes
- 2 1/2 Teaspoon SWEEETHEAT All Purpose Rub
- 2 Cups Penne Pasta
- 1 1/2 Cups SWEEETHEAT Spicy Homey Honey BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Corn
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with water according to package directions. Sprinkle with salt and bring the water to a boil over high heat. Add penne pasta to the boiling water. Cook the pasta for approximately 11 minutes. Drain the pasta in a colander.
Step 2
Season the chicken with SWEEETHEAT All Purpose Rub
Step 3
In a large skillet, add olive oil and seasoned chicken. Cook chicken on medium high heat until done.
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium.
Step 5
Stir in SWEEETHEAT Spicy Homey Honey, peas, corn and heavy cream..

Stir in the shredded cheese, and serve.
