Salmon is a versatile and delicious fish that can be cooked in a variety of ways. For perfectly cooked salmon, follow these tips and tricks:
-First, choose the right salmon. Wild-caught salmon is best, but you can also use farm-raised salmon.
-Next, prepare the salmon for cooking. If you’re using fresh salmon, make sure to remove the scales and guts. If you’re using frozen salmon, thaw it completely before cooking.
-Now it’s time to cook the salmon. You can bake it, broil it, grill it, or pan-fry it. Whichever method you choose, make sure to cook the salmon until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Once the salmon is cooked through, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the fish so that they don’t all run out when you cut into it.
