SWEEETHEAT Cauliflower Wings

This recipe shows how barbecue sauce is not limited to meat and can be and should be used on food that is meatless. Cauliflower is a bland vegetable, you either love it or hate it.  We take this bland vegetable and turn into a delicious meal that can be served as an appetizer or a main dish. It is easy to make, incorporates a lot of flavor and uses 2 of our products.  The cauliflower is seasoned with our tasty but spicy Southern BBQ Spice, baked in the oven then slathered with our Spicy Homey Honey barbecue sauce.Cauliflower Wings

SWEEETHEAT Cauliflower Wings
  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 4 Teaspoon of Southern BBQ Spice
  • 1/2 Cup SWEEETHEAT Spicy Homey Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Wash and cut cauliflower head into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, milk, and Southern BBQ Spice.
  5. Dip the cauliflower in the batter. Shake off excess batter before placing cauliflower into a single layer onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While the cauliflower is baking, in a small saucepan over low heat, simmer Spicy Homey Honey and butter.
  7. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and dip into the bbq sauce and place back onto the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with favorite dipping sauce
