SWEEETHEAT Pork Tenderloin 

If you want something that is sweet and spicy than this is the recipe for you. It is easy to make, incorporates a lot of flavor and uses 2 of our products.  The pork is seasoned with our savory All Purpose Rub.  Our Sweeet St Louis barbecue sauce provides the sweetness and a touch of heat that takes this recipe over the top.  Serve on top of rice and you have a meal the family will enjoy.

PorkTenderloin seasoned with SWEEETHEAT All Purpose Rub cooked in a SWEEETHEAT St Louis Sauce.

  • 1 Pound Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon SWEEETHEAT All Purpose Rub
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Medium Red Pepper, chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 Cup SWEEETHEAT Sweeet St Louis BBQ Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Reduced- Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Hot Cooked Rice
Instructions
  1. Season pork with SWEEETHEAT All Purpose Rub.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork, cook until browned, 4-6 minutes. Remove pork from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook onion and peppers until soft, 2-4 minutes.
  5. Add garlic, cook 1 minute.
  6. Return pork to pan; stir in chicken stock.
  7. Cook, covered until pork is tender, about 5 minutes.
  8. Stir in SWEEETHEAT Sweeet St Louis bbq sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce; simmer, uncovered, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with rice
