Ingredients: Celery, Cabbage, Green Pepper, Zucchini, Onions, Tomatoes, SWEEETHEAT Veggie Delight, Garlic Cloves, Whole Peppercorns , Bay Leaf

SWEEETHEAT Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 6 onions, chopped
- 8 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 Tbsp SWEEETHEAT Veggie Delight
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 whole peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine celery, cabbage, bell pepper, zucchini, onions and tomatoes.
- Pour in enough water to cover by one inch.
- Stir in SWEEETHEAT Veggie Delight, garlic, peppercorns and bay leaf.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 90 minutes to 2 hours, until vegetables are tender and flavors are well blended.
