- 2 ½ Pounds of Yukon Potatoes
- ½ Cup Unsalted Butter
- ¾ Cup Half and Half
- 5 Tablespoons SWEEETHEAT All Purpose Rub
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
Step by Step Instructions
Peel and cut potatoes into large chunks.
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are very tender.
In a separate saucepan, heat the butter and half-and-half over low heat.
Drain the potatoes and return to the pot.
Mash up the potatoes.
Add the melted butter mixture a little at a time and mix.
Add SWEEETHEAT All Purpose Rub and salt and stir to combine
