1 Whole head of cauliflower

1 Teaspoon Course ground salt and pepper to taste

1 Tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil to coat the cauliflower

1 Tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

Step by Step Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Cut some of the bottom of the cauliflower stem off so that it can stand upright on its own.
Step 3
Fill a large pot of water, season generously with salt and bring to a boil.
