  • Leftover brisket, chopped
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil

  •  6 oz can of tomato paste
  • 14 oz can crushed tomato
  • 2 Cups of coffee
Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F°.

Step 2

Roast for 20 minutes or until the sweet potatoes brown a bit and are easily pierced with a fork.
